The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County Announces New VP, Communications & Programs

Medford, OR (August 19, 2021) – About a month after appointing a new CEO, The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County has hired a new Vice President, Communications and Programs on July 26, 2021.
In this month’s Business Review issue, Medford Chamber’s President & CEO, Eli Matthews, announced the hiring of Irmes Dagba-Craven as The Chamber’s new Vice President of Communications & Programs. Irmes joins The Chamber, bringing value in media and strategic branding. As part of The Chamber's senior leadership team, Irmes will lead the organization’s executive and internal communications, marketing, branding and media relations efforts. She will also oversee our signature events: Excellence in Business Awards, FORUM, and Young Professionals Network.
"Our goal is to unite the business community and advance the Medford community. It is in that spirit that The Chamber has conducted an extensive search over the past few months to find a professional who can move our Chamber forward in the areas of marketing and communications. Irmes has the skills and knowledge to help lead our Chamber to a new level and build upon solid foundation put in place over the years.” said Matthews.
Irmes joins The Chamber of Medford & Jackson County after having worked several years as a Public Relations Consultant for the United Nations.
