Action Teams
Action teams are made up of volunteer experts that
meet periodically to advise The Chamber on its best
course of action for a particular topic. Any
Chamber member is eligible to apply for membership to an
action team, pending approval of the Board of Directors. Ambassadors
Volunteers who represent The Chamber at many community
events and welcome dignitaries. Monthly meetings,
plus participation at various events.

Drug Free
Medford
This business-to-business initiative provides drug free
workplace education, training, mentoring and a business
toolkit with local resources and success stories. As
part of the Workdrugfree Oregon initiative with 14 pilot
sites, it helps business owners overcome such obstacles
as lack of time, money, expertise and the fear of losing
key employees. Over 40 local businesses have instituted
drug free workplace programs, which result in improved
productivity and reduced turnover, absenteeism, workers
comp, health care costs and reduced costs of job
