1. How long have you been in business?

I was born and raised here. I returned in the early 80's after dental school and military service. We have been in our present location for the last 15 years or so.

2. What inspired you to go into business?

I was encouraged to enter dentistry by my family dentist, Gene Chamberlaine. Along the way, others including family and teachers contributed.

3. Any family information you wish to share?

Lynn, my wife of 28 years and I have four children and five grandchildren nearly all of which live locally.

4. Hobbies and interests outside of work?

Lynn and I enjoy traveling and gardening but my real "hobby" is dentistry. My vocation keeps me challenged and brings tremendous satisfaction. It has also provided the unusual opportunity to teach and lecture to other dentists on the value and application of magnification in our profession. 

5. Difficulties of doing business in Jackson County?

Hiccups in the local economy are about the only problem we see.

6. Advantages of doing business in Jackson County?

Jackson County is a great place to live and work. The beauty, weather, cultural diversity, outdoor recreational opportunities and proximity to the coast make it ideal.
